80-320 Cement Mixer

MIXER 80-320 is the new idea of a machine that can be used for different employments: concrete preparation, fodder mixing or vegetables and dried fruits washing. Its main characteristics: -The mixer cone made of 3mm steel sheet without any welded joints, bolted together by easily interchangeable parts, so that the workspace is visibly reduced. -A frame designed to be attached to every tractor. -The chains drive system with 10:1 reduction ratio which is protected by a steel carter with easy access for its maintenance. -The large opening of the hopper that facilitates the loading and unloading operations. -The peculiar painting: into our modern facilities all machines are involved in degrease, phosphate and passivation pre-treatment processes. Then, they are dipped into a bath of hydrosoluble primer to prevent rust even in the external parts, while a robotic system lays the varnish on. This process assures a long resistance to the machines and protects them against atmospheric agents.
